Returns & Exchanges
We do hope you will enjoy your new bag. However, we look for satisfaction of our customers, so if you’re not happy with the product you can send it back to us within 14 days after the delivery and we refund you the cost of the item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days after receiving the returns.
Please note the following:
- Please fill out our returns form, included in your package, with the reason of return.
- Use a shipping carrier of your choice, but it is advised to use a tracked service.
- After we received your returns you will receive a confirmation by email.
Items has to be back in perfect condition and may not be used, washed or damaged. They has to be in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Returns that don’t comply with these terms will be returned to sender. Return shipping costs will be charged to the sender.
Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative. Preferably one that uses trackingnumbers so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
